• Only after full payment the artwork will be shipped. Shipping within 7-14 days. Before shipping a recent photo of the artwork and its packaging will arrive by email.
• Artwork price includes certificate of authenticity and solid reliable protective packaging.

Shipping or Pick-up:

The studio prefers the customer to pick up the artwork in person or organize the shipping. The studio may provide support and information with the shipping.

The studio provides protective and good packaging.

• Shipping is paid by the customer.

• You might wish to send your own delivery service for pick up or you can rely on shipping arranged through the studio.

The studio relies on certified delivery services with an insurance during transport.

• When shipping outside of the EU there might be duties at customs applicable and other fees. The studio provides support but please get informed about all the required documents and taxes. Shipping in these cases is provided after case study.
• Once the artwork leaves the studio we cannot guarantee. Should artwork arrive damaged, please take photos immediately before unpacking to be able to send a claim to the delivery service.

The artwork is unique, if it is possible to restore the artwork the studio will offer the restoration but transport will be at the responsibility and charge of the client.

Refund:

Please reflect carefully if the artwork is really what you are looking for and check the size. Don’t hesitate to ask for more information.

But should you really not like the artwork a return request must be submitted to the studio within 7 days after delivery and shipped in the original packaging together with all the documents and the same quality delivery service.
• We only refund if the artwork returns undamaged and unaltered back at the studio. Shipping is not refunded and the cost of the return shipping is at the expenses of the customer.
